Take advantage of our vehicle pick-up/drop-off service
Our Service and Parts staff are here every day to continue providing the maintenance, safety inspections and warranty repairs that your Mercedes-Benz will continue to require over the coming months. Should you require any additional information prior to your service appointment, please call our customer service team on (03) 8506 9888 who are happy to answer your questions.
In addition we are happy to arrange collection of your vehicle from your home or workplace, should your vehicle require servicing. This service is currently restricted to those who reside within a range not exceeding 25 km of our premisses.
Take a virtual walk around of any of our vehicles
If you’d like to take a virtual walk around of an in-stock new, demonstrator or used vehicle, our Product Experts are happy to send you a video and provide you with any information that you need.
Take Advantage of our at-home test drive service
If you’d like to have a vehicle brought to your home for an in-person walk around and test drive, one of our Product Experts will be happy to bring your vehicle of interest directly to you.
